Integrated Platforms, Inc. is committed to providing you with reliable, cost effective solutions. Some of the products we offer are customer installable while others require specialized skills.   Our support is offered accordingly. 

Customer Installable software and hardware products are supported via toll-free accessed help centers.   Integrated Platforms, Inc. will assist you in contacting those vendors and securing the necessary help to resolve your issues.  Products installed by Integrated Platforms, Inc. or its representatives will be supported via our help desks and on-site engineers as appropriate.  On-site support will be delivered through either our factory trained engineers or vendor engineers according to the price schedule.

STATEMENT OF GUARANTEE

In accordance with the requirements of the CSIV program of the State of Texas Procurement Agency, Integrated Platforms guaranties to provide replacement parts or their equivalent for any product sold by IPI to the state for the period of 3 years after such product is discontinued.

New pricing Model - TAS and CC Purchased in 25 Client Connection Increments
TAS pricing is based on a Server Pool Model. This means that a group of defined users need access one or more servers. Licenses for all users and all servers are purchased one time. The Base Server is the "License Server" for the pool, establishing the total number of licensed users granted access to servers in the pool. The licensed users are defined by the purchase of a Base Server and the purchase of additional Client Connections. Each pool requires a Base Server License and there can only be one Base Server in a pool. The Additional Servers inherit their license level from the Base Server in their pool. They are licensed to the same level as the Base Server at no additional cost so that all licensed users could simultaneously access all licensed servers in the pool.

CustomerCare - Existing Customers Who Purchased TAS in Single User Increments
This pricing model enabled purchase of TAS licenses in single user increments for maximum flexibility. Its pricing structure cannot be combined with the new 25-User Increment pricing. If the existing license level is divisible by 25, it will automatically be converted to this model at the time of renewal.

1. TAS CustomerCare - Annual agreement provides 1 year of 7x24 telephone support from the manufacturer's Help Desk, free license transfers, free software fixes, free maintenance releases and free software upgrades while under support
2. License levels reduced at the renewal of CustomerCare will require a new key for the new license level. The purchased licenses that are not under CustomerCare cannot be recaptured unless they are transferred to another Base Server at that time.
3. Since an Additional Server inherits its licenses from the Base Server in its pool, it cannot be broken out as a stand alone server for licensing or CustomerCare. It must be converted to a Base Server at the current rate. (Credit for the original license Additional Server purchase will be applied).
