In addition to our product installation, configuration and support services, Integrated Platforms, Inc. also offers a comprehensive set of Information Technology Professional Services which address key issues affecting the information enterprise. Our computer consulting services give your business affordable access to expertise in technical areas where you may lack in-house resources. Our professional staff’s long experience in Windows networking, network security and high-volume email systems has our customers improve the efficiency of their information networks. Our system engineers can provide insights on infrastructure and architecture that will allow your information network to grow along with your business without busting your IT budget.

Our trained experts can assist in network planning and system design, hardware selection, computer installation and deployment, system migration, storage consolidation technology integration, data backup and restoration processes, hardware and software updates, project management and documentation, onsite and remote technical support, troubleshooting, Help Desk outsourcing support, expert security consulting, and turn-key outsourcing and co-sourcing. These Professional Services are available for as-needed help, for specific projects, or for ongoing support.

Specialized Product Services:

TotalNET QuickStart Services
This two day service provides engineering services to install and configure TAS on up to two servers and map 100 users for $ 2,500.00 plus Travel and Expenses.

TotalNET Advanced Server Installation Services
IPI Engineers will install and configure TAS on your servers, configure user shares and set up authentication services for a daily rate of $ 1,500.00 per day plus Travel and Expenses.

Touch-type, Read and Spell
TTRS certified instructors will train your staff to deliver the TTRS programme and monitor their delivery. The training session consist of two hours of intensive training and of teacher processes. Each training session is limited to a maximum of 10 teachers. TTRS training is provided at the rate for $ 1,200.00/day plus Travel & Expenses with a one day minimum.

On-site Product installation Services
IPI Engineers will provide on-site installation services for IPI provided storage, backup and restore and NSI software installation for the standard daily rate of $1,500.00/day plus Travel and Expenses.
