·         High Performance CPUs - Vector SSRAID systems feature built-in i80303, i960RD or i960RN RISC CPUs, executing RAID software code and data caching to achieve the highest possible performance.  

·         Independent Channel Design - Each ATA Hard Drive is installed on its own independent channel bus - unlike traditional, more expensive SCSI or Fibre Channel hard drive RAID's, which all drives must share a common bus.
